How to arrange a free return (UK Anorak online orders only)
Please note, we are unable to process free returns on orders placed through online marketplaces such us Friends of Joules or Wolf & Badger. We advise you refer to the online marketplace website for details of their returns policies.

Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return. A confirmation email with what to do next once the return request has been approved.
It’s best to input your email address, but if using a phone number, please ensure it’s written in the exact same format as listed on your order, including any spaces or country codes. For example +44 or 077 etc.
You can return your items for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order. All unwanted items must be sent back to us in their original condition and in their original packaging, complete with all labelling. Free gifts or promotional items cannot be returned. Orders returned outside of the 30 day period will automatically be issued with a credit note, in the form of a gift card.
We only offer free returns using this portal for orders delivered in mainland UK and Northern Ireland. If you’re returning an International order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know to expect your return. You will need to cover the cost of returning your order to us and we recommend you get a proof of postage when sending. Please make sure you have included your order number in with your return with product details and reason for reurns. The address to send to is:

When will I receive my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method - we don't as standard refund the original delivery fee unless you have paid to send your order back to us. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, so please allow up to 21 days for your refund to show up in your account.
Can I exchange an item?
We are only able to exchange if you have received the wrong item. Please email us at email@example.com and we can arrange this for you. Alternatively, our returns portal does offer the option for you to receive your refund as a credit note. Please note, once credit has been issued it cannot be reversed.
